Gospel Gossip

Gospel Gossip is a 4-piece indie rock band hailing from Northfield, Minnesota. Their songs are pretty and danceable and recall Northern pop of the 1990s. Songs on their first full-length album "Sing Into My Mouth" start slow and steadily build to a final anthem.
This will be Gospel Gossip's first year at Athens PopFest.

2. Could you classify your sound for people who haven't heard it before?
The Feelies playing shoegaze
3. What is your favorite place to play, and why?
First Ave & 7th St. Entry. Great sound, history and artist-friendly AND sometimes they have kareoke in the main room.
4. What is the weirdest thing you take on tour?
Fishing poles... sometimes eyeliner
5. What should people expect from your Athens PopFest performance?
We're very different live than from our recordings... in a good way. We also never play the same thing twice.
