Easter chocolate. Yes.

by Lauren Baggett

When it comes to the Easter season, I believe that the only thing better than watching the annual showing of The Ten Commandments on ABC is collecting different assortments of Easter candy and indulging. It doesn't matter if you're a choco-holic or if sugary sweets take your fancy, there will be an Easter treat out there for you, complete in pastel packaging. To get you in the mood, I present my top five Easter candy picks:

5. Peeps. They may not win in a taste test, but watching these suckers 'fight' in the microwave is fun that shoudn't be missed.

4. Starburst jellybeans. The chews we know and love transformed into a jellybean. And no gross black ones.

3. Chocolate bunny! It's classic. I recommend Dove brand. Do NOT eat it in one sitting.

2. Sweetart's ducks, chicks, & bunnies. So cute, and so good! Who can say no to a sweet, tangy barnyard animal?

1. Cadbury cream egg. This realistically sized chocolate egg is filled with colored cream to look like egg whites and yolk. It's the only egg you'll ever need.

Now go! Gather your Easter treats! At least, they'll be on discount...
